We are looking for an experienced, dynamic Leasing Agent,preferably with OneSite knowledge. YieldStar knowledge is a great plus! We have multiple openings in multiple locations in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, and Summerlin at one of our premiere apartment communities with a design, construction, and management team that has earned a reputation for providing a high-quality lifestyle for their residents. Position Requirements Some experience in property management and/or abundant sales experience Show and lease apartments Achieve resident satisfaction through communication, responsiveness to needs, and professionalism Proper execution of policies and procedures Administrative duties Strong communication/computer skills Exceptional organization skills Ability to multi task Excellent customer service skills Professional Appearance Ability to work well with managers and other personnel Schedule 8-hour shift Weekends required, both Saturday and Sunday Overtime Salary $17.00/hour Company Benefits We offer competitive salaries, career growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan with employer match.
